Saarland University scientists prevent hacker attacks on cars

Many modern cars are permanently connected to the internet via mobile communications. For hackers, this represents a digital gateway which can have devastating consequences. Scientists at Saarland University’s Centre for IT Security, Privacy and Accountability (CISPA) have now developed technology which can identify such attacks and immediately render them harmless.
