Warburgring, Homburg: The marketing of apartments in a state-of-the-art residential complex has begun

In direct vicinity of the Homburg University Hospital, WOGE Saar is building a state-of-the-art residential complex with over 120 rental units on the Warburgring. The marketing of the first apartments has now been started. Interested persons can find out more online or in a personal conversation.

On approximately 13,500 sq.m. on the Homburg Warburgring, WOGE Saar is building a residential complex with 11 houses and 124 residential units all in all. The three to four-storey buildings provide between 8 and 14 apartments, depending on the layout.  The respective living space ranges from 50 sq.m. (two-room apartments) to 80 sq.m. (three-room apartments) up to 120 sq.m. (four-room apartments).

Furthermore, the housing offer includes low-barrier respectively senior-friendly apartments and  subsidized housing. For future residents, 73 parking places and 89 places on the underground parking garage are available.

By the end of March, the first two houses in the complex will be actively marketed. This means that interested parties can from now on find information and express their interest in renting. The website www.woge-saar.de  provides information on the complex, current photos of the apartments and contact details – to be found via an information tile on the homepage and via a separate tab in the `Rent` menu.

`With the Warburgring, WOGE Saar offers an attractive housing estate. Modern architecture, size and apartment availability make the Warburgring one of the few new building projects of this type in Saarland and therefore virtually unique. The complex with apartments sized for singles, couples and families provides suitable offers in a convenient and quiet location for every interested party. We are looking forward to a lot of demand,` said Rita Gindorf-Wagner, managing director of WOGE Saar.

WOGE expects the first move-ins in April. In the next few months, the marketing of the other buildings respectively apartments will start. Moreover, the work outside the buildings will be completed. Until all work is completed, a total investment of slightly over €30 million is expected. The residential complex is owned by WOGE Saar, which will also be in charge of all administrative tasks related to the complex.
