Wohnstadt Süd in Überherrn, directly on the French border, has been extended on its western edge to include the “Kollwitzwiese” residential development area. LEG Saar designed the resulting building plots along one main street and three cul-de-sacs, primarily for families, and realised them on an area of approx. 25,000 sqm. The new residential space in the midst of the Warndtwald recreation area is highly sought-after.
