The Saarland Therme, a lighthouse project for tourists, opened its gates on 2 September 2012 after two years of construction. SHS Strukturholding Saar and its companies were responsible for the overall financing, processing of the subsidies and project management, as well as security aspects.
With its Moorish-Andalusian-inspired architecture, the thermal spa and sauna paradise creates a counterpoint to the meadow orchards, beech forests and floodplain landscapes of the Bliesgau region, directly on the French border.

Nature lovers head to the » Camper Park in the immediate vicinity of Saarland Therme. STTR developed the site with around 60 large, modern pitches in accordance with the criteria of TopPlatz, a nationally renowned network for excellent motorhome pitches. The resort invested approximately 1.6 million Euros in this park.
