The production site of the Canadian-Austrian automotive supplier Magna Decoma in Sulzbach has been restructured and expanded. Among other things, Decoma manufactures spoilers, radiator grilles and plastic bumpers here. After the successful operational start-up of all new buildings in October 2014, an additional dispatch hall was erected in the summer of 2015. The principal and landlord is SBB Saarland Bau und Boden Projektgesellschaft. LEG Saar was responsible for the project management of the construction and civil engineering measures.
