Industrial estate GI “Holz”

There is an industrial estate close to the Luxembourg border that can be individually subdivided and has space available at short notice. We are talking about the “GI Holz” site near Niederlosheim, about 40 km from Remich. The federal office of the KÜS (Kfz-Überwachungsorganisation freiberuflicher Kfz-Sachverständiger – motor vehicle monitoring organisation of freelance motor vehicle experts) is located here in addition to two large companies in the wood processing and agricultural machinery sectors. It has expanded its capacities with the construction of the high-security data centre and is taking advantage of the good infrastructure and accessible location here.
