gwSaar is supporting companies from Saarland’s healthcare sector in their service presentation and acquisitions with a trade fair stand at the Medica, the largest international trade fair for the medical technology industry, which begins on Monday.
In line with the motto ‘Germany’s Saarland’, the Saarland Economic Development Corporation (gwSaar) is offering the companies in the region optimum conditions to present their services to a broad professional audience, acquire new customers and sales markets and intensify existing contacts with its modern, joint stand at the Medica trade fair (Düsseldorf, 11-14 November). Saarland is thus simultaneously emphasising its role as an innovative business location for the healthcare sector.
For the first time, a network meeting with the World Trade Center Utah and a number of US companies will take place on 12 November. The goal is the reciprocal networking of companies from both countries that are willing to export. This exclusive meeting was made possible due to gwSaar’s international contacts and also serves to present Saarland as a business location to the US companies.
Six companies from last year are represented again at the joint stand this year – for example Polycine GmbH, which distributes pharmaceutical packaging products to over 40 countries, or MT Promedt Consulting GmbH, which has been successfully supporting companies with CE certification for over 20 years. Four young companies and start-ups are also joining this year. For example, Cysmic GmbH will be demonstrating how the health of blood platelets can be measured using its Lab-On-Chip based device.
The following exhibitors will be represented at the joint stand: Alegro Medical GmbH, Cysmic GmbH, Etatronix GmbH, Intra Special Catheters GmbH, Medicoplast International GmbH, MT Promedt Consulting GmbH, P.J. Dahlhausen & Co. GmbH, POLYCINE GmbH, Quasaar GmbH, SurFunction GmbH. Brief profiles of the companies can be found in the enclosed press kit.
Visitors to the trade fair are cordially invited to visit the exhibitors at the joint Saarland stand in Hall 7a, B01 to B06.
