Wellness Resort ready for Discovery

Saarland Thermen Resort Rilchingen (STRR) is a premium location that gives both guests and investors a lot of space for preventative healthcare. At the same time a trans-regionally respected centre of competence has been created around Saarland Therme, combining medicine, health and tourism in the most beautiful and pleasant way.

Numerous visitors from Saarland and neighbouring Lothringen in France come here to find popular local relaxation at the thermal baths and the Medical Vital Center with the Motivitas fitness studio. They take advantage of short breaks to relax and promote their health. Saarland Therme is the heart of the complex. As the only thermal baths in Saarland it is a strong magnet for the public. It reaches target groups right into conurbations, from a catchment area of 1.3 million people. The resort is embedded in the gentle hills of the UNESCO biosphere reserve at Bliesgau, known for its colourful meadow orchards, extensive beech forest and impressive wetland landscape. Urban life in the state capital Saarbrücken is just 15 minutes away and the attractive town of Saargemünd in the French neighbourhood can even be reached by foot. Borderless life in and love of Europe is right here.

This is also shown in the composition of the group that worked together to build the project: the project partners are LEG Saar, the municipality of Kleinblittersdorf, the regional association of Saarbrücken and the Communauté d’Agglomération Sarreguemines Confluences. The realisation was also supported by the state and the European Union.
Nature-loving people are heading to the new » Caravan Park right next to Saarland Therme. STTR created the park with approximately 60 large, modern parking spaces in accordance with the criteria of ‘TopPlatz’, a nationally renowned network for excellent caravan parking spaces. The resort invested approximately 1.6 million Euros in this park.

There are three more attractive construction plots on the surrounding road in the quiet northern section awaiting their discoverers. The construction plots are available either as a whole or in sections. The location of the areas is good as they are far away from the main road at the far south of the resort and offer ‘heavenly’ quiet – surrounding by the lush green of the neighbouring meadows and woods. The only facilities permitted in Saarland Thermen Resort are those for health purposes, particularly recreation, recovery, prevention and rehabilitation or that are directly related to these sectors, e.g. accommodation services.
