LEG Saar, as project manager, has developed a 12-hectare residential and commercial area at Truckenbrunnen for the municipality of Spiesen-Elversberg. The plots with well-designed layouts are located on the southern edge of the town. 16 of the plots belong to the municipality. The 5-hectare commercial area was released for marketing and development in May 2019.
